What to expect

Your first visit, start to finish.

We don’t rush you through. Your first visit is built to find what’s actually driving the problem — not to guess at it and hope.

We’re a cash and self‑pay practice, so you’ll know exactly what things cost before you decide anything. No insurance billing, no surprise statement weeks later.

  1. ConsultationWe listen first. What’s going on, how long it’s been happening, and everything you’ve already tried.
  2. ExaminationA full assessment of your spine, your posture, and your nervous system. We work from findings, never assumptions.
  3. Report of findingsWe sit down together and show you exactly what we found, what it means, and what we’d recommend. Every question welcome.
  4. Your first adjustmentGentle, specific, and chosen for you — never a one‑size‑fits‑all routine.

Who we care for

Specialized care for every member of your family.

What sets us apart is how specific we get. The same nervous system that settles a baby helps mom recover after birth and gets dad through a long shift — so we don’t split families up. We adjust all of you, and we expect your body to respond.

Prenatal care

Confident, comfortable support through pregnancy

Pregnancy changes your balance, your posture, and the load your pelvis carries — usually faster than your body can adapt. Dr. Samano is trained in the Webster Technique, a specific sacral adjustment used throughout pregnancy to reduce tension in the pelvis and the ligaments supporting the uterus. Every adjustment is gentle and positioned comfortably around a growing belly.

Moms come to us for: low back and hip pain, sciatic discomfort, pubic bone pressure, round ligament pain, restless sleep — and to feel prepared for birth.

Pediatric care

Safe, gentle care from the very first weeks

Adjusting an infant looks nothing like adjusting an adult. The force is about what you’d use to check whether a tomato is ripe — light, precise, and over in a moment. As your child grows, crawls, climbs, and takes their first hard falls, their care grows right along with them.

Parents bring little ones to us for: trouble latching or nursing on one side, colic and reflux, constipation, restless sleep, recurring ear infections, head‑turning preference and torticollis, and everyday developmental support.

Adults & teens

For the load you’ve been carrying

Desk work, long shifts, practice schedules, and stress that never quite switches off all land in the same few places. Teens carry more than people expect — backpacks, screens, growth spurts. We get specific about what’s driving it, and we tell you what we’re seeing as we go.

Adults and teens come to us for: neck and low back pain, headaches and migraines, tension from work, sports injuries, poor sleep, and that run‑down, stuck‑in‑stress feeling.

Not sure where you fit? Most people aren’t. Call us at 817‑894‑8484 and we’ll talk it through — no pressure to book anything.

Meet your chiropractor

Dr. Christian Samano, D.C.

Doctor of Chiropractic · Parker University, Class of 2025

Dr. Samano founded Illuminnate Chiropractic to care for whole families under one roof. A two‑week‑old, an expecting mom, a high school athlete, and a grandparent can all be on the schedule the same afternoon — and that is exactly how he likes it.

His care is nervous‑system based. The spine matters because of what it protects: every adjustment is aimed at reducing interference so the body can regulate, heal, and adapt the way it was built to. In practice that means gentle and specific rather than forceful, and always built around the person on the table. A newborn and a 45‑year‑old roofer should never get the same adjustment — and here, they don’t.

He graduated from Parker University in 2025 and is trained in five distinct adjusting techniques, so your care fits you rather than the other way around. Nervous about your first visit, or about bringing your child in for theirs? Say so. Nothing happens until you understand what’s happening and why.

Which technique he reaches for depends on you — your age, your history, and what your exam actually shows. Read more about the Zone Technique.
